Westerns have not been the same. I thought I had read everything written by Ralph Cotton unitl I found this one. Justice, which is an older rereleased Cotton book, is one of if not the best of his books I have read so far. It is a Ranger and Maria book and apparantly one of the first. As is the case with all of his stories, there are too many good twists and turns to even try to explain. It is another Ralph Cotton hard hitting, page turning, richly intriging old west story which could also have taken place today. Cotton is one of the few writers in any genre who makes you think you have met his characters somewhere in today's world.
