Overview

Sometimes vengeance is justified. A man brutally rapes and murders Tim Blankenship's little girl, but he's freed on a legal technicality. Someone slays the killer, and Tim is blamed. Meanwhile, the real culprit pursues a gruesome past-time...delivering iron-handed justice to child predators that avoid punishment. Award winning journalist, Carrie Linden, is beautiful, though alcoholic. She detects the vigilante's pattern but no one believes her. Carrie risks her life to find the vigilante and help wealthy attorney Michael Taylor in his efforts to secure Tim's acquittal. Will Tim remain sane, sitting in jail awaiting trial? How can Carrie aid Michael without identifying the vigilante, whose actions she believes are justified, and what legal jeopardy does she risk? The clock's ticking, and Michael must marshal a winning defense. Justice Rendered is the first installment of a gripping trilogy. It reveals the inner psyche of child predators and the rage of those who suffer from their heinous deeds.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this new author. He's got a gift for story-telling. Every chapter ends with a cliff hanger that made me want to find out what would happen next. A fast, exciting read in which bad guys really get what they deserve. I look forward to reading his next book.

This is a really good book. A real page turner. I couldn't wait to see what happened next. It does hop around a bit, but if you pay attention it's a great story.

This is an excellent story, it held my interest the whole way thru and I highly recommend it.There is no guessing as to who done it as it is about the people that do the murders and molest children and the different things thst happens to these scum, surprises thru out the book make it different and a very interesting read.when I was finished r¿ading it I bought the authors other book, and so far it is very good also.

This author has written an excellent novel that rivals John Grisham's books in his "early" days, before he began writing "formula" stories. Fast-paced and enthralling! You won't go wrong with this one. Can't wait to see the movie!

On page100, the book is pretty good so far. I have a problem with the constant use of the God-amn word tho. Not at all necessary I find it offensive

Very good book.  Once I started reading it held my attention right to the end.  I am not sure if I agree with how  things turned out in the end, but still a very good book.  I will definitely read more by this author. if he continues  this style of writing.  I was able to purchase this book for $.99 and that made it even more worthwhile.  There are just slightly under 300 pages in this book.  BTW, I believe all book descriptions posted at B&N should  reveal the book length.

In my opinion Justice Rendered was too long due to the descriptions of so many pedophile killings due to miscarriages of justice. I also felt the last few chapters were not very good.

The writer captured our legal system to a T. The story is compelling, it brings to the readers attention the things that can and do go wrong within our judicial system. It also has you thinking about the moral issue involved. I don't know what i expected when i purchased this book but let me say it kept me intrigued until the end. Could not put it down. I look forward to reading other books from this author.
