Not for the faint of heart

If you ever wondered where the term sadism was born, this will answer your question. After reading this book I wonder if women were really treated this way. I then decided they probably were as no one could make up the atrocities that were inflicted on the characters in this book. Read it if you dare.

    Odd

Hard to feel any sympathy for the characters after the first chapter. Everything is vague and off kilter. Although a prime example of faith standing against evil, Justines character was also a bit annoying.
