Wonderful for children who love Legos

MY son has all the Ninjago legos and now that the books are available I can't get him to stop reading! He looks forward to each release date and saves his own money to pre-order them!

Weekend Whip: part one- by Kai517

{Hey! What's up? I just can't believe that every single time I write a story about Ninjago, and then I get corrected. But this is my story that I came up with while running in P.E. I hope you enjoy it!} Weekend Whip: part one, Kai- I smiled when I saw a familiar face coming up or walkway. Skylar. She decided to take care of her father's noodle restaraunt, turning down my offer of training to become a ninja. We always meet up together, but we usually meet at the noodle place. The doorbell rang. I almost got up to get it, and then I remembered: I had hurt my knee. I winced as I sat back down. Lucky for me, Jay was heading my way. "Yo, Jay! Could you please get the door for me?" His face flashed with questioning, and then he saw the knee brace. You see, I'd accidentally dislocated my kneecap, and for now, I had to survive with just a brace. He walked towards the door, opened it up, and let Skylar in. She paced towards the couch where I was and sat down. I had my sister, Nya, close all of the doors to my room beforehand, but still, we spoke in hushed voices. "What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to help at the noodle place?" She nodded and then smiled. "I've decided that, if it hasn't expired yet, I'll take you up on your offer. The one where I could become a ninja." I smiled and gave a soft chuckle. I rang in Sensei Wu, and he entered as soon as I rang him in. Skylar explained all that she had just told me. Sensei just nodded and smiled. After she finished, Sensei smiled and said "yes. I can do that. Bring in everyone. I want to present Skylar, the orange ninja of Embers." I almost stood up, but Skylar made me sit back down. "Your knee needs time to heal. Let me get them." I hesitated, then finally gave in. She got up and headed out back, where the others were training... without me. I know that I'm selfish at times, but, still, I want to help people. Save them. But then my leg... Skylar reentered, followed by Nya, Cole, Jay, Lloyd, Zane, Pixal, Sensei Garmadon, and Misako, as well as Cole's father, Jay's parents, and Zane's inventor. Wu announced that there would be not one, but two new ninja. Skylar and... Nya?! "Skylar, orange ninja of Embers, and Nya, grey ninja of Wind." Wow. If it surprised me when I learned that I would have a little sister, imagine how shocked I was just now! Lloyd headed in my direction, probably seeing the look on my face. "Kai, you feeling all right? Your face..." I gave a light chuckle and patted the seat next to me, offering him a seat. He sat, and I answered: "I'm all right. I'm all right." ~~~ Part Two at 'Ninjago: Snake Attack!'
