    No other book Kales in Comparison

    I heard about the wonders of Kale last year when I attended a few nutrition classes. At that time, I was also learning about the benefits of juicing. This book is a wonderful reference for me, a beginner.

    I'm so happy with this book!! I love everything about it, the size, the format, the way the recipes are so simple and diversified... I keep it in the 
    kitchen and use it just about every day. Kale is my favorite green vegetable and this book is an indispensable companion for the kale lover.

    I am fascinated to read (and EAT!) anything Stephanie Pedersen would recommend with such extraordinary enthusiasm! Kale used to frighten me as a vegetable and now it's a staple in my house.
    I know Stephanie through participating in one of her great (and fun!) detox programs where I learned to rely upon her insight into what the kind of day I had was as the result of the foods I had eaten!
    Days where I drank the Green Drink (which I make with kale and some other leafy greens) were certainly off to a better start!
    I have tried many kale offerings in restaurants as a result of knowing Stephanie - and I look forward to further KALE explorations through trying the recipes in this book!

    Stephanie Pedersen has introduced me to Kale and green drinks.. and has changed my life! They are both 
    a part of my everyday lifestyle. I start every morning with a green cocktail and I know that I am starting my day

    Stephanie Pedersen is a holistic nutritionist. She's a terrific, intuitive practitioner, but more importantly, she's a terrific writer. If you buy any cookbooks this summer, buy this book for the terrific GREEN DRINK recipe alone! I am addicted to Stephanie's green drinks, which, by the way, do include KALE among other green vegetables.
