Meet the Author

Joleene Naylor is the author of the glitter-less Amaranthine series, a world where vampires aren’t for children. As a compliment to the novel series, she has also written several short stories, including the Vampire Morsels collection, and has plans for an Amaranthine Encyclopedia. In what little time is left she watches anime and updates her blogs, all from a crooked Victorian house in Villisca, Iowa. Between her husband and her pets, she is never lonely, and should she ever disappear one might look for her on a beach in Tahiti, sipping a tropical drink and wearing a disguise. This was a poignant and senimental story about love and life lost. It was not particularly captivating, as some of the Vampire Morsels are and I reccomend it only to those who have too much time on their hands. I have read some of this author's other books and have to say that this one is not up to par with all the others.

3.75 stars worth reading... Total Pages: 27; Story Pages: 22; free e-book Really like the flashback stories, they give you a bit more insight into some of the lesser known characters (and even some of them characters too).
