Hello ladies. I bought this book not knowing who Kathy Smith was, just thought I would try something new. I like this book because you can do the exercise routines at home or at the gym. The exercise routines are also very structured. If you don't know how to do an exercise, you can go to the chapter with the exercises and read how to do it. The only thing you need is weights. I did this program at the gym. I am happy to say that I finished the program. I have toned my upper and lower body. It's not totally toned but I'm getting there. I have seen a difference in my lower body which I have always had a problem with. I am very satisfied with this book. I highly recommed this book. I am so satisfied with this book that I have bought three fitness tapes of Kathy Smith. Thank very much Kathy.
I thought the book was great and was really looking forward to the workouts UNTIL I got to the actual plan listing. The illustrations showing her weekly plans are not large enough to be legible on Nook for PC and there is no way to enlarge them. Enlarging text only works for the text. The workout plans must be illustrations and can't be enlarged. Now it's useless for me and was a waste of $9.99. Please don't sell a book for Nook if some of the most important parts cannot be enlarged.
