    I love this book

I was so naive about the herb kava until I bought this book. I have been treated for anxiety since I was 10 years old and have tried buspar, ativan, etc only to be annoyed by the side effects. I looked into my options and herbs looked promising. So I bought the book and was pleased at its details and honesty. I take kava on a daily basis to curb my fears and my life has returned to normal. The book gives you the best details on what kind and what dose to take to get the most from the herb. I recommend this book for anyone whos anxiety striken as me.
