Julie JustKeena Ford is a likable new addition to the grade-school class of characters that includes Ramona Quimby and Junie B. Jones…Readers will be happy to accompany Keena on more outings.

I Also Recommend:
Keena Ford is a great protagonist. Her version of her field trip is a riot, and rather comical and entertaining. This was a delight to read. Most young girls ages six to eight will probably enjoy this novel and be able to relate to the protagonist and see either themselves as Keena or one of their classmates as Keena. *Great for silent-sustained reading time.
