Editorial Reviews

Carolyn F
I categorized this as romantic suspense but it’s really horror. Zachary and Rachel find some kind of love through all of this but what a horrible journey.

Very good, disturbing book.
Shawna S
This is a very dark, gritty, violent, and emotional story that is conveyed in an unapologetically raw, candid voice.
S Richards
This is erotic fiction for a very specific reader who likes a darker story, a story that takes you to those disturbing places in your mind where emotional discomfort lingers.

When it comes to a book with this kind of subject manner, it is hard to say that I enjoyed it...but Skye Warren wrote a very raw and gripping tale of the kidnapping and gang rape of Rachel and her behind the scenes hero Zachary....to say it was enjoyable would be wrong...but it was a very captivating read for me.

The interaction between Rachel and Zachary was very emotional for me, whether it was during a rape scene or during a very intimate moment for them. I found myself rooting for them to survive everything that was thrown at them.

I appreciated the way that SW did not hold back and let us really get into Rachel's head and feel the struggle and pain of the abuse she went through at the hands of a very violent gang.

    dark erotica

It's a dark erotica for sure with lots of angst, fear, hope, and love. It didn't come off as a fantasy but something that could happen. It's not and awesome book, but i did enjoy reading it.

    worthless!

The content is empty. Not as in bad storyline, bad writing, but as in blank pages! You can't even get to the content. Don't waste your money for this irritating nothingness.

    Non-consent erotica meets romantic suspense

An always suspenseful, sometimes horrifying tale that is by turns erotic, romantic and heartbreaking.
