There's not much to say. I was really intrigued after having played the module so many years ago and was very disappointed here. The characters were unimaginative, stiff, not compelling or complex in any way. The book as a whole was very unremarkable, bland and in some cases just plain weak. But for a revisiting of a familiar place, it offers nothing.

Rather disappointing. The characters were not very appealing at all. The action was average. The setting of the scenes and descriptive nature was actually well done but overall I count this a disappointment.

This is on of the best books I have read in a long time. A lot of action and memorable characters. It follows the original Module real close, to the monsters and treasures they find.
