    Keeping aBreast is the best book on the market for preventative medicine!

    I have a busy clinical therapist practice in Los Angeles and for the 25 years I've been in business I have developed a library of resource materials. Keeping aBreast is one I read and can't agree more with Dr. Mahmud. His extensive research is a must read. 40% of my caseload of patients are suffering or dealing with cancer in some shape or form and for a long time I did my best to advise my best medical opinion but until this book there has not been one good source on the subject. Prevention is what I talk about, but had little to back me up. Now with the help of Keeping aBreast I have proof that that PREVENTION of cancer and elimination after you are diagnosed is possible if you follow his advice. I have purchased a few more copies just to give out to my patients!

    There is hope

    I have lost two ladies in my life to this disease so I naturally will pick up anything on the subject, but never as fascinating as what Dr. Mahmud speaks of in Keeping aBreast. I bought a copy of this for not just myself, but for each of my daughters...I just wish that my wife and her mom had read this before becoming victims to breast cancer. A truly ensightful book packed with logic, extensive research and written for a wide range of reading levels.

    This book changed my life!!

    Being that I had so many close to me that have been affected by Cancer, I thought why not do what I can to prevent this horrible disease and maybe help those whom have had it to not get it back. I gained some VALUABLE information that I will hold close to me. In my every day to day regime, I learned so many things that I can do with nutrition, supplementation, ect, that I had no idea before could help me. I would recommend this book to anyone, and am so happy that I found it. Please if you haven't read this yet, do it now.

    I will share this book with all the women in my life!

    What I have learned from reading this book has changed the way I live my life. I know now there are so many simple things I can start doing to prevent breast cancer. I worry about getting the disease and finally feel empowered to take action to prevent it. I will be passing this book on to my family and friends. This is truly a book all women should read!!

    Ladies pick up this book its a real eye opener on preventing breast cancer~

    I bought this book and could not put it down. It is written for your average person by a doctor that doesn't talk to you in "doctor-speak". He speaks to you from the heart with facts. The back of the book shows that its recommended by actress Suzanne Somers, now I see why. Go get it it will save your life!
