    Kelee meditation is a simple , efficient and effective practice

    Kelee meditation is a simple , efficient and effective practice that over time will allow you to trouble shoot your own fears and insecurities and create a very free and untroubled mind . The technique is quite short and is easily incorporated into my busy day . Ron's writing style explaining the basic principles is to the point  and allows constant self reflection . Check his other books for more detail on the practice . This technique initially gave me a time to stop and reflect in my hectic life and i noticed triggers of stress , like the traffic stopped bothering me . Over time it has been stress tested in my own life guiding me through divorce , bereavement , creating a calmer perspective at work [I work in an Intensive care unit] , a more patient parent , a better sleeper and it cleared up my mouth ulcers ! After trying many different techniques this is the one I would recommend to my family , friends and patients . Thanks , Lawrence , Sydney , Australia .
