Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Dr. Judy Rowen
Each of the six two-page spreads in this book resembles a circus poster, with similar hyperbolic text. Pull-tabs allow the reader to hit a clown in the face with a pie and levitate the magician's assistant. One complex page requires setting up a seesaw to fling a penny to knock down clowns perched on a wall. Gonzo shoots out of a cannon with the aid of a rubber band; beware, he can sail several feet away. Not much literary value here, but quite a bit of fun.
