    Really good exercises

    I have had a really tough time a work this week and I was looking for some self help books. I listened to the audio book version of this book. This one really calmed me down, I have been just very stressed out. I liked the exercises it has about releasing of the bad feelings that you are supressing, and just let them go.
    I didn't purchased this book, I borrowed from the library first to see if I liked before I spend the money. But I am going to get me my own copy. It is a good book to go for an instant pick me up when you are having a hard time.
    I totally recommend it and based on the good experience with this book, I will check out the rest of the books by Joe Vitale.

    Fair

    If you've heard any of the "Laws of Attraction" CDs, don't waste your time with this one. It is useful but once you've heard one, there isn't much difference.
