Meet the Author

Dr. E. W. Kenyon (1867–1948) preached his first sermon at the age of nineteen. He pastored several churches in New England and founded the Bethel Bible Institute in Spencer, Massachusetts. In 1931, he became a pioneer in Christian radio on the Pacific Coast with his show Kenyon’s Church of the Air, where he earned the moniker “The Faith Builder.” He also began the New Covenant Baptist Church in Seattle.

Born again at the age of twelve, Don Gossett answered his call to the ministry just five years later. In March 1948, Don overcame his longtime fear of public speaking and began his ministry in earnest, preaching for two country Baptist churches in Oklahoma. Later, he served as editor of T. L. Osborn’s Faith Digest, a magazine that reached over 600,000 homes each month. Don's own books have been translated into almost twenty languages and have exceeded twenty-five million in worldwide distribution. In September 2009, Don and his wife, Debra, founded a church in Vancouver, British Columbia, where they continue to serve as pastors.
