Overview

Judson Moon returns as the President of the United States in this hilarious sequel to THE KID WHO RAN FOR PRESIDENT -- updated just in time for the 2012 election!

My fellow Americans,

When I was running for President, I said you should vote for me because I didn't know anything about politics . . . or how to raise taxes . . . or how to ruin the economy. I didn't know how to get us into a war. I said you should vote for me because I didn't know anything.

Well, that was two months ago, and I'm very proud to say that . . . I still don't know anything. Let's face it: I'm a kid. I'm going to need a lot of help. Here's the deal I offer America: I'll help all of you if you all help me!

Judson Moon, age thirteen, is sworn in as President of the United States on January 20, 2001.

This book made me laugh because a boy called the Kremlin in Moscow, but he thought it was the pizza place.

I think this book was great because it had a little history in almost every chapter and the president also saved a country by a video game. Thats why I decided to read it.

    an action packed book

By Dan Gutman Attention people! Imagine if you became president when you were a kid! Well 12-year-old Judd did that exact thing so he¿s king of the hill like he wanted to be for a long time. Judd has fun being president because he gets to eat whatever he wants and he has a bowling alley. Soon he realizes that he has work to do and classes to attend to be president. Judd finally thinks he¿s learned how to manage the country when the unexpected happens¿ I recommend this book because I liked the end and if you like real fiction you will really like this. My favorite part was when his pretend wife kissed him. This is a sequal to The Kid Ran For President

Wow. This is the best book I have read in ages. It is mind fumbling and funny. The way the book is planned is hilarious. It can be serious and it can be funny. Sometimes the book wasn't anything at all!

    Kind of corny...- by cat_swim156

The book itself is pretty good; you don't have to read the book before it to understand it. However, the book is pretty cheesy since the kid is president. #Awesome12344, I think you would like it.

    Highly recommended for ages 8 - 13!!

I am a 4th and 5th grade school teacher. I read this book along with the prequel "The Kid Who Ran For President" every year. My students love the storyline. They also relate to the language used and the main character Judson Moon who is 12 years old. Judson is president of The United States (as the title implies). It also contains true facts about how a bill is passed and how a law is made, as well as United States history.
