Helena was led to write this book by her desire for keeping children safe, giving them as much awareness as possible and reassuring them that they can be empowered through knowledge and that the world would hear their voices. She believes that every child has the right to be free from violation. Helena runs her own business as a certified and background screened signing agent and mobile notary public in the state of New Jersey, a business built on integrity and honesty. She gets a chance to meet many people every day. Helena and her husband decided that she had the wonderful opportunity to be able to spend a lot of time at home raising their son. She always wanted to be at home and to be totally involved in her son's education and activities, meaning being totally concerned about his learning and the correctness of the information he learned. That led to the opportunity to volunteer at his junior high school in art and gym class. It was an honor to do so for the time that she was responsible for the activities to teach the kids. Helena was able to inspire the children to work and play together in a positive manner. She also encouraged the children to care and share in looking out for each other. Known to all the kids in her neighborhood as “Aunt Helena” and everywhere else as "aunt", the kids know that when they see and talk to her, no matter where she is, she never leaves without saying, 'I love you.'
Helena's varied educational background includes attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC; the Tracey Warner Fashion Design School in Philadelphia; Peirce Junior College in Philadelphia; Weichert Real Estate School in Cherry Hill, NJ; and Gloucester County College in Sewell, NJ. She is also a member of the National Notary Association of NJ. Helena resides in Sicklerville, New Jersey with her husband and son.
