Meet the Author

Kevin Thompson is an Eagle Scout, member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, has various degrees and a passion for wearing kilts. Kevin founded the Brotherhood of the Kilt in 2007 to provide a supportive gathering place for other "kilties". After many adventures in kilting, including helping to raise the World’s Largest Kilt on the Tulsa Driller, he has donated his summer vacation to the Survival Program at Old Rochester Regional Junior High School since 1988, but he says that nothing brings him joy like his two children. Kevin has recorded his pearls of wisdom about kilting on his website Kiltsrock.com. Here for the first time he has compiled the various articles in one place. Kevin, and his brothers and sisters of the kilt, hope you enjoy this book.
