Try the sample first before you buy

Perhaps well intentioned but poorly written. contains no research or science and is full of cliches you'd already expect.

Short and sweet, but a lot to think about!

Simple, easily-digested essays on kindness, and on recognizing the traits that often prevent us from being kind. Great for an introduction to the concept of metta, or someone looking for light yet thought-provoking stories. I'll be re-reading this one.
