    Loved the book

.If you want to learn about the ups and downs that George Strait went through in his early years and throughout his unbelievable singing career, this is the BOOK. It has many pictures..it is a remarkable book from beginning to end and I now know why George Strait is known as the King Of Country Music...

It was an easy read by fellow South Texan!

I found this book interesting because the author was around the same area (Pearsall) in those early years when George was growing up.  There wasn't much that I didn't already know, and there were some errors in facts.
The book needs a spell check, and grammar corrections.
For newer Strait fans who haven't read the other books already written about George Strait this might be a good book.
Until Mr. Strait decides to tell his own story the available books are repetitious with the same information.
As the author states you will find past and current news, pictures, reviews, and stats on the "Straitfever" website.
