Editorial Reviews

Library Journal - Library Journal
These stories, retold by many of today's foremost crime writers, are drawn primarily from England and the United States; many are very familiar, but there are no new revelations. The compilation appears to have been inspired by the popularity of true crime television series, which engage the viewer because they are ongoing: the killer is unknown or missing, the crime is still unsolved. Kiss and Kill relates stories of murderers all caught--many convicted, some executed. There is no sensationalism, there is no mystery, and, unfortunately, there is no interest excited by this book. Not recommended.-- Sandra K. Lindheimer, Middlesex Law Lib., Cam bridge, Mass.
