Meet the Author

New Yorker Loure Bussey always knew what she wanted to be: a writer and a singer. During college, she explored her passion for each profession. After graduation, working in various corporations is what paid the bills. Still, deep down she was hungry to make her dreams come true. While honing her vocal talent in recording studios with gifted musicians, she learned to compose R&B, pop, jazz, and gospel music. She also wrote a short story about a young, psychic woman, which she sold to a romance confession magazine. It led to the publication of fifty-six short stories. After spending one summer writing her first novel, Loure was ecstatic when an editor offered her a two-book contract. Now, a best-selling author of twelve novels, her steamy, thrilling page-turners are highly acclaimed by readers and reviewers. For each novel, Loure creates a song. Many of the tunes are on her debut CD "Dreams Do Come True."

    Just An Average Read

'Kiss Me All Over' is the first novel I've read by Ms. Loure Bussey and I found it to be just an average read. The passion and romance between Amara and Bryce was HOT and STEAMY. The complexity of their budding relationship made for good entertainment. There is even a little bit of suspense and intrigue, but UNFORTUNATELY I found myself ROLLING my eyes at the all to cliché dialogue and the stereotypical cast of characters. There are way too many subplots that didn't have very SATISFYING conclusion, such as, the little brother in rehab, the jealous ex-coworker, the supposedly mentally insane wife, not to mention the unexpected love admission to Bryce. And there are also quite a few editing issues. That being said this is still a quick read for anyone who wants to read a hot and spicy love story.
