Can't wait to get started on a project!

I hadn't seen or heard of this book before coming across it at B & N. I immediately fell in love with several of the sweater patterns. Many times you find maybe one or two patterns in a book that you would ever make, but this book has several, both for adults and children.

    Down on my list

of favorite knitting books. I was hoping for some nice top-down seamless knitting projects, but most are unattractive and some have complicated construction for all that they look simple. I also don't need all the children's projects. For me it was a huge waste of money. I will be selling it on eBay in the near future.

Knit on Down Fits a Need

Knit on Down by Bobbie Matela is full of interesting patterns that even novice knitters can handle. Especially useful are the "from the top" patterns for children which solves the problem of junior outgrowing the sweater while you're trying to finish it.
