    Challenge to Knitters

    I love XrX Books; I think they have the absolutely BEST knitting books on the market. I think they should be in every serious knitter's library.

    This one, Knit One Below, is not for the faint of heart or the beginning knitter. One definitely has to be at an intermediate or experienced level. I don't discourage anyone from buying it; you can certainly work toward the skills needed to complete these beautiful patterns. It might be scary, but remember one stitch at a time completes any project.

    A wonderful new technique

    It is true that this method takes twice as long to do because you are working each row twice, once with each color yarn. It is worth the extra time because the results are beautiful.

    It takes a little time to learn the technique, but once it is learned, it is very easy to do.

    The directions were useless for the most part. Took twice as long to complete.

    I found this book almost impossible to use. I ended up knitting the socks using intrasa method. This method is terribly time consuming. I should take the book back to the store and get my money bank.
