The only job search book I recommend.

I've been a recruiter for more than 12 years and this is the only book I recommend to folks in a job search. I received it about 5 years ago when I was the one looking for a job. It's filled with questions that not only help you prepare for an interview, but help you understand what it is you're really searching for.
