    Great Fitness training book!

I've always wanted to try training like a boxer. In Knockout Fitness, the first boxing training book endorsed by the World Boxing Council, fitness experts Andy Dumas & Jamie Dumas map out a twelve-week workout schedule that combines cardio and strength-training to boost agility, build stamina, and condition muscles.

It starts with an explanation of basic boxing stances, punches, and techniques, and demonstates how to jumprope, work the heavy bag, target mitts and many other boxing drills.

Knockout Fitness has three levels of difficulty for a variety of fitness and commitment levels, so the workouts never get boring.

The best part is that is has step-by-step instructions illustrated by over 200 black and white photographs.

Knockout Fitness is perfect for anyone who wants to create a strong, healthy body while improving stamina and looking good in the process.

This is the most detailed and enjoyable book on Boxing & Fitness training I have ever read.
