    Have fun and get healthy

As a mother of two little ones, I firmly believe that there are two things parents can do to teach good eating habits: 1) Always feed kids real food, not silly kiddie stuff, and 2) have the kids help prepare and cook the food. This book allows for both those things. The recipes are not only easy and delicious, but they're presented in a kid-friendly way. I can't wait until my little ones can help me with the recipes. Meantime, I use some of them myself.
