    I Also Recommend:

As the Title says it is an EXCELLENT book for Beginners

This book is a great beginners guide to Krav Maga. If you read the description it says that it covers the first two levels of Krav Maga in greater detail than the Complete Guide to Krav Maga did. It does.

It covers all the basics you will encounter with Krav Maga. The descriptions are so detailed that you could probably visualize the moves without the pictures. That being said the pictures capture every element you would need to see to gain a good understanding of the moves.

It breaks things down to the level of why we do what we do. It is very clear on all points. It covers not just Krav Maga techniques but also Krav Maga warmups, stretches, etc

I would highly recommend this if you are interested in Krav Maga - if you already have quite a bit of exposure it is probably to basic for you.

    Well written, well illustrated.

Far more useful than most self-defense books. No cartoon illustrations. All real world applications.
