I had great hopes for this book based on reviews from others. There wasn't anything in this book that I haven't read either from other books or online. More to the point I felt like I was reading a pamphlet for her other books. She referenced her other books at least 10 times during this book. I would have to spend a fortune to collect all of her recipes and information. I feel like this author is definitly trying to make a buck instead of helping people develop a raw lifestyle.
