Sifu Noah Knapp has over 24 years experience in the martial arts. He has a 3rd degree black sash in Northern Drunken Style Kung Fu as well as training in Kenpo, Karate, Aikido, Kali, Silat & Tai Chi. He is a 2nd generation instructor at his family’s kung fu school as well as an instructor for the STAR martial arts program.

    A nice start

    The book is a good entry level overview. The pictures are small and almost unusable for illustrative purposes. Just enough to get by with the discription of the technique. Overall, not a bad introduction to the art.
