As a master bilingual kindergarten teacher with over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. My classroom is a space where children thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally—supported by a teaching approach that values curiosity, connection, and joy.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m passionate about bilingual education and the cultural understanding it brings. I believe that learning a second language opens doors to new friendships, diverse experiences, and a broader view of the world. That’s why I love helping young learners discover Spanish/English through engaging, playful vocabulary-building and daily practice.
Inspired by my students’ eagerness to learn, I’ve published several bilingual children’s books designed to support early language acquisition in a fun and accessible way. A mi hijo le encantó el libro, tiene ilustraciones muy coloridas y los enunciados muy fácil de entender en inglés y español .
Lo leímos en familia , y aprovechamos para ayudarle a identificar a nuestros hijos a cada integrante de la familia y contar cuantos primos , tíos , tías etc tienen . Fue divertido !

I bought this book for my niece. She really enjoyed it. The pictures made it easy for her to relate what she was reading/translating. The red and blue letters make it easy for her to tell the difference between Spanish and English.

I recommend this book for smaller kids (3-6) learning Spanish as second language or English. It's beautiful, easy to read, it's good quality and I love the fact that speaks about relationships in the family.

This amazing author is actually a Kindergarten teacher at my sons' school and when I realized she'd written a book, I had to jump on it. It's beautifully illustrated with easy and fun writing for the whole family to read together.
