Dragons of The Sky ~by Shimmerstream, author of Shimmerstream's Prophecy~

Luna woke up to a dream filled with blood. She was being chased by humans again, their long sticks with three pointy ends shoved at her, her wings clipped together with some bright orange band. Several times Luna tried to scream, but something felt lodged in her throat. Just as a human stabbed her with the death-stick, she opened her eyes. Her mother, Snow, towered above her chick. "Mother...I had the most terrible dream-er, nightmare." Luna croaked. Snow's softening blue eyes twinkled in the morning light. "I'll never let a stupid human even touch your scales." She joked while sofltly cuffing Luna playfully. Her mother's white scales shimmered rainbow in the blazing sunlight of Lava-sky. Cold-sky was long over, and Bloom-sky had just ended. Wind-sky was slowly nearing. Grass fronds shivered in the morning breeze, flickering dew onto the moist ground. It was dead quite. Luna knew by instinct that her mother was hunting. By the smell of it, she was hunting a family of deer. End chapter one plz rate & review.

    QUIET REBEL
    BY AZULFIRE
    CHAPTER TWO
I was wrong. I only got eleven new members, and three of them didnt count. Saphira and that other girl is here. So is Jessica Mark Cashew, Maurice Jamber, Hillary Cillbury, Panini Sheft, Reese Forneir, and Lewy Cahoole. Not a crowd to fill an auditorium with 246 seats and a 18 ft by 16 ft stage.
Saphira whispers to me onstage,"So who are you going to choose?" I look back at her confused. She rolls her eyes dramatically, and says,"Im vice prez, ur prez, whos gonna be secretary and all that?"
"Oh!" I look at the others and say,"Now, I have decided that the secretary of this neq club is..... um...... Hillary Cillbury!" Because shes the best at keeping things in order. "The treasurer is going to be..... Reese!" Because her parents are experienced in that. Hillary and Reese clap their hands with everyone (which doesnt last long), and watches me.
I fold my hands behind my back. "The Upstanders is about anti bullying. We have to spread it around. So, I have proposed (last night) that our first project shall be doing a play about anti bullying. Saphiras parents have brought a very uniqe script. Saphira," I gesture ahead.
She picks up a stack of blue packets that her parents made. "Quiet Rebellion is about a boy named Princeton being bullied by Johan. He throws himself off a cliff and um... u know. And so, his friend, Ryan, starts picketing and protesting in front of Johans house. Other kids join, and they create a city club, and march to City Hall. Kinda like MLK and the Mrch on Washington, but thats the idea. We want it to go big! Globally maybe. Maybe someone can create a website! We want this to be HUGE." She says seriously. I applaud, and the others join in.
Maurice speaks up after thinking. "Youre a popular girl, maybe you can get a few popular members. It will make this popular, brcause everyone follows popular kids." He says a-matter-of-factly.
Saphira shakes her head. "A lot of the other cheerleaders hate me, and the Theatre Jam group is kind of rebellious, like too much, when it comes to that."
"Well, Im friends with Avery. Shes popular. Maybe Avery can help with it. Shes very nice," Hilarry says.
"Good idea!" The others nod with aproval.
"Yeah guys! This is our urst meeting, so all we r doing is brainstorming. Ive got all the things on my phone," Saphira says enthusiastically. She holds up her Nokia Xpress music, which is about the same size as an iPod nano.
The alarm clock behind the auditorium curtains rings. Its 5:00. Time to leave.
I clap my hands together. "Well guys, Im going to post posters of the Quiet Rebellion. We havent decided the day to do it yet, but think about the parts, and try outs for anyone in the school will be in a month. Bye!"
They beam, and we say our good-byes. I hear Jessica telling Panini,"Im trying out for Gen. Shes just like me! Nerdy, and shy!"
Im glad they really like this.
