    Me ha sorprendido!

    Este libro me ha sorprendido, dicho literalmente. El autor explica las principales cualidades de cada alimento, fruta, y vegetal contenido en el libro. A su vez, trata enfermedades y condiciones de salud que pueden ser mejoradas considerablemente con nuevos hábitos alimenticios. Para todo aquel que quiera comer saludable, bajar de peso, enfrentar una condición médica, para madres preocupadas por la salud y el bienestar de la familia, este libro es el adecuado.

    Yo lo leí de comienzo a fin primero y después por partes, conectado el contenido de cada parte con el resto. Es un buen libro de consultas, al cual se puede retornar varias veces en busca de algún detalle.
