Overview

Expertly finding the common threads among various knowledge systems—Eastern and Western; ancient, modern, and postmodern—and diverse fields, including science, psychology, human development, and spirituality, this comprehensive manual draws upon the principles of Ken Wilber’s integral theory and presents a new approach for making the best use of existing insights, methods, and practices for cultivating a more enlightened life. The guide combines original exercises, vivid examples, cutting-edge theory, and illustrative graphics and introduces a highly flexible system that will help individuals—whether business people, students, or retirees and either devoutly religious or secular—develop their physical health, spiritual awareness, emotional balance, mental clarity, and energy levels.
