Editorial Reviews

Gramophone - John Steane
An excellent selection, and...a well ordered one... At the end of the second disc I was almost sorry there was not a third. This of itself is some tribute to the singer, who is stupendous by virtue of several qualities, variety notably being one of them... There is plenty to feast upon here.

    A great soprano

Joan Sutherland's voice is special, rich and varied. This CD doesn't disappoint in that respect. Loved all the selections.
