Troncoso es autór también de Crossing Borders: Personal Essays y las novelas The Nature of Truth y From This Wicked Patch of Dust, que fue nombrado uno de los mejores libros de 2012 por Kirkus Reviews. En México, su trabajo está incluido en Tierra Adentro: Cuentario (Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes) y en Nuestra Aparente Rendición: Antología (Random House Mondadori). Se graduó de Harvard y Yale y ganó una beca Fulbright para estudiar en México. Meet the Author

SERGIO TRONCOSO is the author of From This Wicked Patch of Dust (University of Arizona Press, 2011), Crossing Borders: Personal Essays (Arte Publico Press), The Nature of Truth (Northwestern University Press, 2003) and The Last Tortilla and Other Stories (University of Arizona Press, 1999), which won the Premio Aztlan and the Southwest Book Award.

Troncoso received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and two graduate degrees, in international relations and philosophy, from Yale University. He won a Fulbright scholarship to Mexico, and was inducted into the Hispanic Scholarship Fund's Alumni Hall of Fame and the Texas Institute of Letters. Troncoso is a resident faculty member of the Yale Writers' Conference. He lives and works in New York City.
