I give this book 1 star because you can't give 0 stars. It is very poorly written. The author could relate everything in this book in 10 pages or less. All the information in the book is related at least 3 times with only minor changes in wording. Save your money.

Not written well, but has some good tips. Dont feel it was worth what I paid. Maybe the layout and some things were left out when it was ported to the nook. Would recommend looking elsewhere for a lab training resource.
