The Complete Guide to LC Private Practice

This book makes opening a private practice as a lactation consultant a lot less daunting! Linda Smith has thought of everything from the role of the LC to the nitty gritty business side of practice. I found this section particularly helpful, as it included sections on how to create a business plan, legal considerations, financial considerations, promotion and marketing, and hiring and managing staff.
