Meet the Author

Dianne Venetta lives in Central Florida with her husband and two children--and her part-time Yellow Lab (Cody!). An avid gardener, she spends her spare time growing organic vegetables. Surprised by the amazing discoveries she finds there every day, she wondered, "Who knew there were so many similarities between men and plants?"In addition to writing women's fiction and romance, she pens the blog for BloominThyme.com. What began as a brief hiatus from writing has blossomed into a garden blog, children's fiction series and more volunteer hours at school than she imagined! At the end of the day, if she can inspire someone to stop and smell the roses (or rosemary!), kiss their child and spouse good-night, be kind to a neighbor and Mother Earth, then she's done all right.

I received a wonderful, captivating, romantic free goodreads story Ladd Haven by Dianne Vanetta and highly recommend the fourth book in the Ladd Springs series.
Casey Owens is pregnant and trying to get over Troy Parker leaving town while her friend, Jimmy Owens, helps her through this difficult time. Troy Parker left town to try to prove to Casey that he could get a good job but instead finds himself missing her too much and returning home to find her supposedly dating Jimmy Owens. Troy is surprised to see Casey pregnant but Casey rushes to tell him that Jimmy is the father. Troy is rightly upset but still wants to prove to Casey that he can do a good job working with horses right here in town. Casey finally comes through and tells Troy the truth about the baby and they both profess their love for each other. Felicity's dad, Jack Foster, is continuing trying to reconcile with his daughter and invites her to his parents house for dinner. Felicity has no idea of her father's true past of being a drunk, beating her mother, and that that was the reason her mother, Delaney left and divorced her father. Felicity overhears the daughter in laws discussing Jack's past, Felicity leaves the dinner in a hurry, and is upset with her mother for lying to her in all these years. Jack assumes Delaney told Felicity about his past. What happens when Jack confronts Delaney? How does Troy end up in jail? Ladd Haven ends in a cliff hanger with a visit from another unwanted family member.
Read the highly recommended fabulous, awesome, romantic story Ladd Haven by Dianne Vanetta.
