Writers change with each chapter and so do their styles. The result is not good...

I enjoyed the collaborative form of the book with each chapter by a different author. For me a bit on the "mushy' side but overall a good read.

Started out with some promise, but became more preposterous with each chapter.

I agree, some author's input were better than others. Some parts of the story were above average and some below. Only 95 pages, but it was free, so can't complain. Ljb

I don't understand the bad reviews. I.thought it was funny and very clever with the use of "d" words all throughout. It wasn't meant to be deep and meaningful - just a light-hearted excursion. And the surprise ending was sweet.

Definitely different. Yes, it was unbelievable but that is what made it fun and funny. It was an entertaining read to pass the time. Interesting to see the way different authors will follow the story line, at least in my opinion. It was a free read, so lighten up and enjoy. Not everything has to be intellectually challenge literature. :)

She claws her squirrel causing it to fly up into the air with a squeak of surprise as it falls she grabs it in her mouth and breaks its neck. She then turns and smiles at mirkwood. "Well that bush there."she says around the squirrel as she flicks her tail towards the prickly vwgatation. "I was gona surprise you."

I almost didn't bother to read this book. I'm glad I didn't heed the reviews.

I did not care for the story. Remember as kids you would sit around a camp fire with a bunch of friends and tell a story where everyone of you would add onto the story? Well thats what kinda story this is.

A 95 page story with each chapter by a different author, and as mentioned before some writers better than others. Ann Lethbrodge has a verrry melodramatic style as shown by the last chapter of the story. Hey, it's free.

Sort of like a round robin. One author writes a section, then another progresses the story from what the last author wrote. Interesting concept.
