Claire Sutherland swore she'd never trust a man with her heart or her future.

But from the first moment she meets Evan McKay, she feels strangely drawn to this man and the close ranch community he describes to her. After a whirlwind courtship, Evan and Claire journey to Colorado to begin a new life together as husband and wife.

Though nervous about leaving the familiar Scottish highlands, Claire looks forward to being part of a real family for the first time. I am presently reading this book, Lady of Light, and enjoying it very much. I had already read the first two books of the series, and was very much looking forward to reading this third book. I have not been disappointed. The stories are well connected without unnecessary repetition, and then each broadens out to make their own complete story.

This is the third book in the Culdee Creek series and it is as wonderful as the first two. I am looking forward to reading the 4th book in the series. It is a christian book but not a religious book.

This was a feel good series that incorporated good morals and basic Christian values while keeping it real. I really liked the whole series...semi light reading and enjoyable.

    A little more Light

I fell in love with Evan MacKay in Woman of Grace. This is his story along with his new bride Claire Sutherland. It has a great story line and the same characters from the first two books. He comes closer to God along with Claire. This story just didn't grab me and hold me like the other two. The first two I read with in 24hrs. This took me a couple of days. The middle was a little boring but then it picked back up.

    Good book.....

This book kinda hits to close to home with the way her brother manipulates her. It really made me angry. Which shows how much I need to learn in forgiving others. I think I should read it again and try to learn how to handle those situations a lot better than I do.

Excellent Series - A Must Read

The third in a series of four, Lady of Light was well written, vividly portraying the characters and holding your interest from start to finish. You don't need a deep religious conviction to understand the messages that are being presented in each story. Hats off to the author for such well written and inspiring stories!!!
