Franny, the lovable ghost of a Victorian madam of some repute, has taken to hanging out at a new club called the Blue Note, a 1940s retro WWII era jazz club. She's crushing hard on the previous owner, a ghost named Eddie, who won't let the new owner play live music on stage. Any attempt ends up in chaos, blown amps and shorted microphones.

 

Franny's plans to cozy up to the gangster proves impossible when his gang closes ranks. What's a ghost gal to do? Franny calls in her very much alive roommate, Indigo Eady, a seasoned ghost whisperer with a proven track record. She's got a way with spooks. 

 

But how is she to solve this mystery when she can't get near Eddie?
