I LOVED this book.  Time travel, historical romance, paranormal

I LOVED this book.  Time travel, historical romance, paranormal elements, the fine line between darkness and light, and true love. This book has all my faves and I simply could not put it down.  I loved seeing X struggle with language and etiquette as she hid in the past until she came into her true powers.  I also adored watching as she and Hunter tried to figure out who they were to each other while trying to stay true to why they are both there.  The history interwoven with the story of true love and magic made this book nearly impossible to put down.  If you are a Claudy Conn fan like I am, you will also enjoy a cameo or two from some of her other paranormal series ;) .  I seriously need to find a Claudy Conn discussion group for this book.  There is so much I want to say and talk about that would totally give spoilers away and the last thing I want to do is ruin the book for you.  If you like paranormal books, time travel books, and books of true love, this book is probably one that belongs on the top of your TBR list!

    Lady X by Claudy Conn
Exerilla Radley, X to her friends, has a problem. She loves her father but he has been pulled deeply into the Dark Side with his dark magic and has determined she would marry a dreadful man, also on the Dark Side. Her mother, a white witch, planned for some time what to do but X refused, until she saw no other choice. She has to go live in 1815 England until her powers are strong enough to resist her own father’s powers.

Lord Hunter MacTorry is out for vengeance against the evil wizard who has destroyed his family. As an immortal he has been roaming around the centuries trying to catch the beast. At the moment he’s in 1815 and awaiting a certain day to hopefully change at least one thing from the past. While on the way to Dover he meets her, a woman like none other. If only she weren’t human.

A unique story line of Lady X having to go hide in the past and try to get use to the ways of the past and England. An evil wizard is in the story who has made mischief in several of Claudy’s other books. There are several side stories going on and of course, several men determined that Exerilla is the only gal for them.

Claudy Conn always pulls me into her journey and this time I was spell bound !

A witch from today travels through time to hide from her father in order to
prevent an unwanted marriage. She is alone and is told by her mother not
to use her powers, her father could track her if she uses them, so she must
blend into the past and bid time until she can return when she is strong enough
    to fight her fathers compulsion.

When she meets a man and is attracted to him, she is unsure of her path,
should she pursue this man or keep to herself ? Does she feel her magic take part in this or is it her imagination?

If you love paranormal then you will have to pick up Lady X by Claudy Conn. It has everything from Witches to Time Travel
. This book grabbed me from the moment I started it.
Lady X is a white witch who has to travel back in time to get away from her father. There she meets an array of characters.
Some of which you love and others well, not so much. This is how Lady X met Lord Hunter. I loved how the couple came alive for me.
I loved this book and I highly recommend it you won't be disappointed!

    Great

This is another great story from Claudy Conn ! Loved the characters, good and bad ones that were brought to life in the book. This was not an ordinary time travel, love story. The magic that was thrown in just made the plot more exciting.

I was instantly pulled into the story of Exerilla, white witch, who has to escape to the past to escape her evil warlock father. From start to finish the story was gripping and I found it impossible to put down. The story that unfolded between the characters was amazing and one that I definitely recommend.

Claudy Conn writes beautiful books that keep your attention and peak your imagination. I was hooked from page 1 to the end. Exerilla (X) for short; was expected by her estranged father to marry a person she did not like. Her Mother intervened and that when the excitement started. She was transplanted to 1814 and found herself in another situation that was almost as bad as the one she left. This book totally captivated my attention and could not put it down. There were several options at the end of the book for further issues. I hope Claudy will write more about Lady X.

Time travel, white witches, dark wizards, war, romance, smugglin

Time travel, white witches, dark wizards, war, romance, smuggling, and a slew of shady characters to keep you hooked from page to page. It has all the qualities I have come to know and expect from one of Claudy Conn’s books. The book was set in a perfect blend of past and present. I loved how I was feeling and exploring the adventures right along with X. Great story, perfect writing, likeable and not so likeable characters are just some things you will experience.

Wow…. This book has it all! Time travel, Paranormal, and historical. I mixture of all my favorite genres.

There is humor, mystery, suspense, action and lots of sweet passion.

We get witches, warlocks, and wizards. The characters are unforgettable and so loveable.

I really loved the whole idea of this book.

I wish time travel was possible LOL Claudy always has me sighing and imagining when I read her books.

Hunter was a handsome man with some secrets. He is bent on revenge.

X a beautiful young witch about to come into her powers. She was sent back in time.

Can X survive during a different time period without using her magic? Can Hunter still seek his revenge now that he has met X? Well you guys need to go pick up a copy because I tell you this book is a must read!

I love books about witches. Add in Claudy's magic touch and her amazing imagination it really just makes for a masterful read…
