The author captured my attention from the very first page. I highly recommend if you are an avid true crime reader.

I really enjoyed this True Crime page-turner about a cop whose well-liked school teacher wife ends up dead under strange circumstances. When the other cops investigating the case begin having problems with some of the evidence, along with his reactions and some of his answers, things really get strange. First off, he's known as a womanizer who lives far above his police salary means on his wife's family money. But his wife's mother isn't questioning his part in her death at all! In fact, she's behind him 100% and beyond, making things up practically, about her daughter. See where it goes from there, and how strange it gets before its through, and what they determine eventually that the wife's death was reported to be - Accident, Suicide, or Homicide. HAPPY READING

This is a great book. It fascinates me that he almost got away with it!

As a resident of Denton, Texas, I am intrigued by this story. Donna worked relentlessly to bring Justice to Vicki Lozano. I was shocked and dismayed that justice didn't prevail when this crime took place and that such a person, her husband and Denton Police department officer, almost got away with murder. Bravo, Donna!

This is a great book! I could hardly put it down. I am all about true crime books. This books shows you the audacity of someone who thinks they are untouchable and above the law. The problem is they are the law. This book is about a master manipulator and believes everything is about him. I definitely recommend.
