Overview

It's the seventh grade "outdoor education trip" to Lake Rescue! Adventure girl Charlotte's excited; city girls Katani and Isabel are not so sure. Of course, outdoor sports are right up Avery's alley, but bugs, snakes, and bears are so not up Maeve's.

But no self-respecting BSG wants to miss out on adventures, and the week at Lake Rescue has more than its share: rock climbing, an unfortunate canoeing incident for a Queen of Mean, a hike that turns dangerous — and the chance for ...

Meet the Author

The Beacon Street Girls books are inspired by all the preteen girls I've ever known. I wanted to create a world where girls can go to have fun and learn about who they are, while modeling real-life experiences. The first book, Worst Enemies/Best Friends, explores creating and testing friendships, skewed first impressions, and being the new kid at school. In the end, true friendship conquers all. Welcome to the world of the BSG!

    A GREAT BSG book!!

This book was one of the best BSG books! I this book, the Beacon Street Giirls(Avery, Charlotte, Katani, Isabel, and Maeve) go on a class trip to Lake Rescue. TThere's also this girl named Chelsea Briggs who is upset because she has a 'weight problem', and this girl Kiki Underwood, the 'Empress of Mean', who makes fun of Chelsea. It's a really great and funny book, and you should read to find out what happens next..especially what happens to Avery!

    This book is the best!

This is my favorite book ever!
Here are some things to think about before and when reading this fantabulous book:

I can't wait to see what happens between Charlotte and Nick!
I wonder if Meave can even "survive" here...?
Do Katani and Isabel really like the trip?
Could Charlotte use her experiences from other travels here?
I wonder how I would feel if I were in Chelsea's view of things. How would I really react to KiKi's bullying?
If I were one of the BSG, would I go on this trip? Why or why not? (This question can be veiwed in more than one way!)

    Best Series Ever!!

I read this during my seventh grade year and I'm happy for that. It taught me a lot of serious issues that are sometimes not addressed in middle school, while still being a fun and entertaining book/series!! I'm going to be in Eleventh grade (Junior!) this september and I'm happy I read books like this that thought you how to be brave, yet have fun with your friends!!!! :D <br> ~Qu Bree

    Sienna Delarosa Part 31

Hey! This is the official last part!!!!!!!! Sienna's story continues though. Go to percyjacksonfanfiction .com (without the space) and type in The Demigod Games!------ The next morning I got up bright and early. It was my birthday, and I was officially 17. It was also my date with Jake. I quickly jumped in the shower. I was pretty excited. I took my time picking out my clothes. It was pretty warm out, so I threw on jean shorts and a silver blouse that went with my hair streak. I flat ironed my hair and put on mascara and lipgloss. I heard a knock at the door. I opened it. It was Jake. His eyes widened a second when he saw me. He then flashed a smile. "Hey! We have the entire day. I suggest we grab breakfast at the mess hall and then we can head out. I got permission for the entire day." He says. I nod. We head down the the mess hall and we scarf down our breakfast. Then we head out. We call a taxi. "So what do you want to do first?" He asks. "Um, do you want to go catch a movie?" I ask. "Sure." Jake says. The taxi driver drops us off and we head inside. We decide to watch a horror movie. Since I hate popcorn (so sue me.) I buy a pack of gummy worms. We head inside. The movie was hilarious. The effects were soooooo cheesy. I was a tech wizard, so I could tell exactly how they made the movie and all the special effects. When we got out, we headed to the book store. I had read all of my books at least 5 times, (and I had over 250, not counting the ones on my nook.) and I needed new material. Jake helped me pick out new books. We then headed to frozen yogurt store. I got all types of sweet toppings. I got gummy bears, gummy worms, sour gummy worms, swedish fish, marshmellows, chocolate covered strawberries, skittles, m&ms, and so much more. Mine was more candy than yogurt. Jake laughed when he saw my cup. "I can do whatever I please." I said, sticking out my tounge. We sat down to eat. We started talking about everything imaginable. He actually lived in Chicago and lived near me. He wasn't a year-rounder, so he went home to his mom. I decided to do the same. I would just wait out the summer. I had 3 months. I also told him I had skipped two grades and I had won a beauty pagent at age 14 that my friend Jessi had dared me to enter. He told me he loved to play soccer and he was on the team. I liked soccer, but I preferred volleyball. Once we were done we took a taxi back to Half-Blood hill. When we payed the taxi, we got out. We silently watched it drive away. "So...." Jake said. I turned to face him. He takes a deep breath. Then he kisses me. "Happy birthday." He whispers. We then walk hand and hand back to the entrance. We enter the camp. "I'll see you at dinner." I say. He smiles and nods. I start to head back to my cabin. "Sienna!" I hear a person squeal. I see Stacey runnig towards me. "How was it?" She asked, eyes wide with excitment. I laugh. "It was great. We had a lot of fun." I said. "Did he kiss you?" Stacey asks. I blush. "He did!" Stacey said. I roll my eyes. Stacey leaves me and I head back to my cabin. I am reading a book when I feel that someone is watching me. I look up. I see Athena. "Your father sent me. He says that your quest may be over, but brace yourself. You haven't seen the worse yet....."------ THE END! Ok so remember what I said about the other story! Check it out!--- SDA ;-)
