Wow... Just Wow. When I finished reading it, my mind is blown! When i finally put it down i was left disturbed and quite creeped out... but also found myself wanting more! It starts off as a light hearted and enjoyable read, though at times it seems to be on some sort of gender-swapping drugs as you see things that weren't there before, or you see a lack of things that had been there before on Laon, the main character. But Then it takes a huge turn in the entire mood of the series! It is quite honestly the most gruesome and disturbing thing i have ever read. now, I knew about this event as my friend who loaned it to me gave me spoilers. (I dont really care if i hear spoilers its never bothered me) but once i got too it, it still shocked me so much i literally had to set the book down for a few minuets to breath and tone down my shocked mind before slowly picking it back up again and continuing on. Its a really good read... and a Must read, if you can handle it's darkness. I recommend this book with extreme caution; there are just some things that people cant handle, and this is one of them. in fact... this may be one of those things that should have never been written, let alone illustrated. But basically the series is about Laon, a 998 year old Gumiho who lost his tails and ears and was exiled (i guess) on Earth. (Laon's character is cute, he...she...he is like a child who was kept in an attic all his life and she just now broke free and is exploring the world for the first time) He is looking for his missing body parts. in his search he meets a reporter who tricks him not once, but twice, and now Laon demands real help from him.

I haven't found a manga this insane, or this amusing, since MAR, and I haven't found a character this unexpected since Tamaki of OHSHC. Laon is a demon thrown into the human world and is not cut out for modern day. The confusion of who he is (along with the gender-check necessity) leaves plenty of room for this unique plot to form. If there are books anything like this insane (as in over-the-top, off-the-wall, senseless insanity) read, I certainly haven't found them. I don't usually write reviews, but this is a hilarious, undiscovered fandom that needs recognition. Quick note before you buy: this story is not intended for young children...or those who can't take "mature" jokes... just don't let a five year old check it out and it's an awesome book.

Their discription of the book doesn't give it justice. This story is a romantic/comedy about a 8 tailed fox in search of his tail.

I completely enjoyed this manga. I would recommend it to a slightly older audience but a diffident must get. Its a perfect mix of old legends and modern times; a little strange but in the best way. It also has some great funny moments :D
