I've been looking for a Laotian Cooking Book for a long time and was very excited to see that B&N actually have one. It was very easy to follow step by step, but I was not very happy that the pictures of the food was in black and white. I would also like to see pictures of all ingredients and their descriptions. I am looking forward to order a 2nd Simple Laotian Cooking.
