Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859-1930) escritor inglés cuyo nombre estará siempre asociado al de su personaje, el detective Sherlock Holmes, es el iniciador del género policíaco. Junto a sus narraciones protagonizadas por SHerlock Holmes y Watson escritas y publicadas entre 1887 y 1927, hay que colocar sus novelas de anticipación (El mundo perdido, el cinturón envenenado) y de temática histórica (Micah Clarke, Rodney Stone, Sir Nigel, ...) así como algunas obras de historia, por ejemplo la Historia del Espiritismo, tema que le interesó desde 1914, a raiz de su participación como simple soldado en la Primera Guerra Mundial.

    Desilucionante

    Sir Arthur Conan Doyle da vueltas en su tumba al ver que hicieron con sus obras. El Nook book que nos ofrecen aqui es insultante pues es una serie de traduccion sin sentido ni armonia. Parece sacado de un traductor electronico y no se molestaron en editar o al menos hacerlo coherente.No merece la estrella que nos obligan a dar cuando se escribe un review,pero he de hacerlo para que a nadie mas le suceda lo mismo. No vale la pena. Shame B&N :S . Como hago para devolverlo? :(

    Dont buy

    I prefer to read in español, but this book the translation is very bad, I wasnt able to read not even a page!
