Lizzie Brown would just like to have one normal date. Instead she gets a towering inferno with a message: her long-lost dad is a fallen angel in danger of becoming a demon. Not good. Especially since she's a demon slayer. Her grandma advises her to stay out of it. Her sexy-as-sin shape-shifter boyfriend would much rather she devote her attention to more carnal pursuits. And her dog's one demand is for more bacon. After all he can't train his pet dragon on an empty stomach.

But Lizzie knows there's no other choice but to hop on her Harley and help her father-even the search for the truth brings a bad-boy slayer back into her life and leads her into the middle of a war to end all wars.

This whole series is great fun! Grandmother biker witches? Talking dogs? Dragons? Demons? Shape-shifters? Hot romance? YES to all! It's very enjoyable entertainment. War and Peace? No it isn't. But worth reading? Oh my yes. For a good time, call Angie Fox

The Last of the Dragon Slayers by Angie Fox A kick-butt female demon slayer – even if she doesn’t really know what she’s doing all the time – adventure with a talking dog, a white adolsent dinasear, and a hunky griffin. With the biker witches riding along of course. This is the 4th in the Demon Slayer series. It’s been several years since I read the prior books, but it wasn’t at all difficult to get up to speed and enjoy the humor and demon hunting/slaying. I especially liked the romance between Lizzie and Dimitri. They both want most to protect the other. I just wish Lizzie trusted him more and wouldn’t go off alone to save the world. However, ***spoiler*** it all ends really well. Because yes, the next in the series book title tells you where the relationship is going!

This is a very cute series. Characters are hilarious and it's easy to be drawn in. This book like the others dies not dissapoint and the series ends well(which is not always the case).

Excellent story and another romp with favorite characters. I really enjoyed the read. A little hard to review because if I tell too much of the plot it will ruin the read; definitely had some surprises. In this book, Lizzie the "last demon slayer" is up against an even more powerful demon, relationships have grown (even Flappy, the dragon her dog adopted), and readers found out who her dad was (don't expect the big, weepy, tearjerker moments, not this author's style and would not be true to the characters), why/how she's the "last demon slayer," and generally Lizzie is a much more solid character (moments of being a little whining and self-doubtful in first books and pretty clueless about when to accept or ask for help). Still kickass without being all powerful. Still with the griffin, Dmitri, with more on the griffin politics. All in all, pretty much everything I would want from this story. Some truly hilarious moments. With tantalizing hints that there is plenty to come in the series! [A series I have read from book one (this is fourth in series and a complete story without irritating have-to-buy-next-book-for-resolution cliffhanger; a few well-done, brief sentences where appropriate to story flow will catch you up on plot/world/characters if read too long ago to remember or never read--but still recommend reading earlier books in series to "get" the characters and the relationships that have built versus *poof* these people are family or in love or hate each other).]
